BREAK ARTS II DevLog #38

Greetings, artists!

We’ve brought the 4 new race courses to a playable state this week.
We’re yet to make them visually stunning, but we can at least check their functionality.
Here’s a sneak peek:

This is a trial run of the 4th (yet-to-be-named) course.
When the course flips over you continue to race on its underside, so the second lap feels like you are racing in mirror mode.
We’ve made it more tricky to master, as one of the more challenging courses.

In addition, we’ve fixed some bugs and added some useful new features.
For example,

  • During customization, menus which appear by pointing the cursor near them now close automatically.
  • Camera rotation and movement changed to right and middle mouse buttons.
  • Deleting modules can be done by pressing the R key (not only the Delete key as before.)
  • When you remove a module, the camera angle remains fixed and will not go astray.

We’re continuing to make these small improvements.
